- •Choose File > Tools > User Preferences. (You’ll then see a box with a number of options.)
- •Click on “Mail.”
- •Select "Always Prompt" for your "Save Sent Mail" option. This will give you the option to save or not save messages.
- •Click “OK” when you are finished.
