- •Make sure you have enough space on your hard drive
- •Right-click on Mail Database
- •Select Database Properties
- •Click the “i” tab
- •If percentage is less than 85%, click the “Compact” icon
- •Click “OK” to proceed
- •Be patient--this may take a few minutes
