Group Calendar Error in ND7

In the Calendaring & Scheduling feature of Notes/Domino 7, a Group Calendar does not print all members' schedules. Only the mail file owner's schedule prints.

This problem occurs only when the Calendar Style in the Print Calendar dialog box is set to "Group". The problem does not occur when other Calendar Styles are selected (such as "Weekly Style").

Workaround:

When printing a Group Calendar - selecting "Group", only the first group entry is displayed.



Because Bernard was first on the list, his calendar is the only one that can be printed.



The workaround for this is to select Weekly Style, Monthly Style or Calendar List.



The outcome however is not quite the same. Each person's schedule on the group list is displayed as a separate tab in the Notes Workspace. You still have the options to print or forward the calendar(s) as you would with the 'Group' print.
